Scarlett Johansson Compares Jurassic World： Rebirth Training to MCU Filming (Exclusive)

Thank you for the time. I know that you manifested hard to be a part of this franchise. Was there a specific moment on set during filming where you felt like, OK, this was really worth the wait? Oh my god, so many moments like that. I mean, even just for the first day of shooting, we were brought, we settled ourselves in Krabi in Thailand, and then we were brought on a boat, on a car, there was a boat and a car, and got to this remote island we were shooting the first scene at. And it's the scene where our boat sort of maroons into the island. And I just walked down, we'd already had a six hour monsoon, mudslides, like it was just, I was like, we are in it. And then going down to the beach and like it all kind of, and you have that moment where in your mind the John Williams music is playing and you're like, we're on the beach. It was like a pinch me moment. I had so many moments like that. These dinosaurs were too dangerous for the original park. Please don't say they're raptors, they're ranctors. The worst of the worst, we're left here. So cool, and you have played some iconic action heroes. How did the action and stunts in this movie maybe compare to what you were used to with Black Widow? Oh, different, I mean, it's different. I mean, Black Widow, of course, I play somebody who's fighting, you know, hand-to-hand combat. In this film, I do a lot of running away. Running towards, running towards and running away. Yeah, you're no match for those dinos. You're just trying to survive and get everybody out safely. And, you know, some people make it and some people don't. Okay, well, spoiler alert, good to know. We know your husband, Colin, was on set with you for some of this. What was that like? And can we expect maybe a cameo from him? Yeah, he's a stowaway and that's the spoiler alert. Yeah, I was able to have, we shot part of it over the summer, so I was able to have my family come with me because obviously he has the kind of, that season is sort of like a school sort of calendar. So in the summers, he's off. And it's always so great to have your family close with you, of course. And then we got to do little adventures on the weekend.
