Brand new Bosch GBH 18V-26F sds+ drill already faulty, leaking oil and needs a clean.

Not the best start for this Bosch drill, but also not the end of the world.
Very annoying if something like this happens to your brand new drill, but this is simply due to the type of grease Bosch uses.
It is lighter than most and so more prone for this to happen.
But I would not criticis Bosch for this, as Bosch sds drills are the least likely to fail due to a dry piston.
And that is all down to this grease, the higher oil content keeps the inside lubricated correctly when used all the time and for prolonged use.

Let's face if, Bosch haven't designed the machine to sit on a shelf for 2 years. It was designed for hard use, not setting idle.
