My favorite Japanese sardine dish(Kabayaki). Crispy and delicious!

This dish is delicious and similar to Unagi eel. The sauce is rich and the sardines are crispy and perfect! The trick is to deep fry the sardines for a short time at high heat.

Soy sauce　　 30 grams
Tamari shoyu　 10 grams
Mirin　　　　 　30 grams
Sake　　　　　 30 grams
Sugar　　　　 15 grams
※If you use regular soy sauce, please use 40 grams of soy sauce.
