How to cook easy and delicious Salmon fish head 🐠

Ingredients:
4 Salmon heads
1/2 lemon
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 onion ( can use shallots)
2cm ginger
3 ps lime leaves
1 big green chilli
2 tbsp of tauco ( salted soya bean paste )
2 tbsp of sweet sauce
1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tomato
6 ps small green chillies
