Major indicator points to Prices going Down

The Cromford market report Supply and Demand index is pointing towards a downward trend in pricing. How much will take time to determine. Currently we are stuck with low volume and an increase in supply. However supply is not growing during our summer season. Despite the headlines showing a high percentage of new listings there isn't a big spike in overall inventory compared to our normal supply.
