
Vegetarian Beetroot Chinese Soup
It’s a terribly simple soup to make, and oh so flavorful! And you can see how efficient using a thermal pot is. You just need to boil the soup on medium high for 30 minutes and then load it into the thermal pot while boiling and it will continue to cook without a flame. The veggies come out soft and eats like a meal! And of course, being Chinese, the butcher knife comes out. My go-to-tool for all chopped goodies!
