WE FOUND THE PERFECT PROPERTY!

We're doing something crazy and it's starting with us in Whole Foods, two and a half hours away from our house. It also involves us staying in a hotel tonight. This was the most spontaneous thing we've done for a long time. This isn't the way this vlog was supposed to end. I literally was editing all of what you just saw and then got this. I still remember. Alright guys, we're doing something crazy and it's starting with us in Whole Foods, two and a half hours away from our house. Let's go. Oh yeah, Whole Foods, let's go. It also involves us staying in a hotel tonight. Last minute. Didn't plan this. But that's what we're doing. Oh, I found them. I found them. Here they are. Alright, now on to our next destination. Alright, here we are. Was the last time we stayed in a hotel when we went to San Francisco? Or San Diego? I was six when the last time we went. Oh, the Great Wolf Lodge. Yeah, I was six. You were six. That was over two years ago. And California, yeah. We stayed at a hotel. Alright, don't judge my crazy hair but guys, we have some big things planned tomorrow. Really unexpected but we made some calls and we made some things happen. Can't wait to show you guys what we're doing. Hey, are you playing a video game over there? No, she's going to set the alarm for like 4am. It's an alarm clock. Guys, she said, I'm going to play my own video games and it's an alarm clock over there. That's how hilarious these kids are. They're so excited. Alright, you guys. We are loaded up. Getting ready to head out. Surprise the kids. Something fun. And then something exciting. So, like, we're recording on a phone because this was the most spontaneous thing we've done for a long time. So, it's been raining. We got here and we were a little unsure if we were going to enjoy, be able to enjoy our time here. Because we wanted to go walk around here, check out this little park. And it was raining. However, it just stopped raining. And now, we've eaten lunch. Kids are playing and we're about to go do some exploring. Alright, you guys. We waited it out. The sun came out. We're going to go walk around. Look at this. Look at how awesome this is. Unfortunately, the slide is kind of wet. They said, even though there's not a lot of stuff to do here, there's pretty much the slide and the zipline. But this is the best park I've ever been to. Because there's so much awesomeness happening here. Look at this. This is amazing. Alright, we have to go because we have an appointment to be at. We will be right back. What do y'all think? Oh, man. This makes me so nervous. We're about three hours from our house and people we know. I don't know. Hey, guys. So, this isn't the way this vlog was supposed to end. Like, I literally was editing all of what you just saw and then got this. A notification from Trulia. Pending. We were really interested in this property and we're going to make an offer on it. However, we wanted to make sure pre-approval process went through and everything was smooth so we didn't end up, you know, losing any money. With that said, we needed to get our tax returns filed for this year or for last year. We started an LLC for our business and so we needed two years of that for our tax returns to show for income and whatnot. Well, it's crazy time of year for taxes. So, our return hadn't been filed yet. Our CPA was going to be doing that, like, next week. From the beginning, this property wasn't exactly what we were looking for, but it had a lot of what we were looking for. And so, it was kind of like we stopped asking God to show us this, like, right property or to reveal that it was the right property and instead to close the door if it wasn't. So, we were literally about to put an offer in, like, last night. But then our realtor was like, no, let's do the wait for the pre-approval just to make sure everything is squared away so you guys don't end up losing any money if for some reason something falls through. So, we're like, okay, let's wait. So, now, I got to tell Danielle. And while I know she will see that the door obviously was closed, she might be a little heartbroken. Because we'd already both started kind of like planning things and having, you know, just started dreaming for this property. It had been sitting for a month and no one had bought it yet. So, we hoped we had a little bit of time. But literally, the same weekend we went and looked at it, someone put the offer in and got it. So, that, I feel like we can't be any clearer. That's the door closing. So, on to other properties.
