The Last Video of the Season: cozy art studio routine, sketching, backing | shell tray & DIY pendant

Hey, friends! Welcome to the final video of the season—and also the last one before my annual summer break here on the channel. The days are warm and slow, and I’ve been loving the chance to wrap up all my summer-inspired projects. That way, during my vacation, I can begin planning and working on autumn-themed creations (you know how artists are—we’re always thinking a season ahead!)😄.
In today’s video, I’ll be sharing some relaxed floral sketches, walking you through how I made a painted shell tray, and showing a peek at some handmade pendants I’ve been working on.
I also wanted to give you a heads-up about what’s coming this summer and what to expect when I return in mid-August. One of my ambitious plans is to launch a Patreon! I’ll start with a free tier that acts like a little social media page—sharing updates, inspiration, and creative snippets. I might add a paid tier too, for those of you interested in receiving snail mail filled with cute surprises. We’ll see how it unfolds!😉
I’m also prepping a shop update packed with fresh goodies to launch in August, and I’ll be working behind the scenes on as many inspiring autumn projects as possible. Autumn is my absolute favorite season—and I know so many of you feel the same way.
