3. Fruit Galette: I was following this recipe https://thefeedfeed.com/heartybakes/summer-berry-and-peach-galette, however I didn't quite like the crust. I would advise to double the volume if you want to have enough crust for a decent size galette. Otherwise the crust is too thin and basically disintegrates under the layer of fruits.
