La Fabrique d'Horlogerie Vedette was founded in 1920 in Strasbourg, later moving to Saverne, France
Particularly prominent from the 1930s–60s with mechanical wall and mantel clocks, chimes and Art Deco or mid-century modern models

They also produced electronic and battery clocks from the 1960s, expanding the glass‑formica design, with a distinctly French retro style.
