Award Winner Utah Parade of Homes is Mind Blowing

Today, we're going to tour the St. Moritz by Candlelight Homes. With over 20 years in the industry as a new construction expert, here in Utah, I have personally guided more than 600 individuals through the home build process. I tour model homes all the time and this one blew me away. This house won the judge's choice for the Utah Valley Parade of Homes. I'll share any remaining details at the end of this video and you'll find pricing, square footage, and etc. in the description below. You can see here you got this nice entryway. You will learn to appreciate with Candlelight Homes, is they've just got these windows everywhere. In the kitchen, you can see crazy high ceilings. We're going above and beyond on that, but look at this kitchen. This is an amazing kitchen. All your friends and neighbors who bought this house will be jealous and once again, they were the judge's choice award. So that's cool. Now, let's take a little closer look at everything here. Let me step back real quick. So you got the double ovens here, extra tall cabinets. Look how much countertop space is in this kitchen. It is massive. You've got the gas stove here and then of course your sink and dishwasher and these big windows here with a cool backsplash. Let's get in close and take a look at that. It's all shiny. Once again, take a look at the ceiling. Super high. It's probably 12 feet tall with 10 foot ceilings over here in the main. You got an awesome family area with your dining area out here by these sliding glass doors. I like the square windows up there on the wall. Super cool. Just a great looking floor plan. You can see out here they put this little patio and if we step in the corner here. So it's a lot of open space here. This house is definitely designed for entertaining. You got your upstairs right here. You've got your downstairs right here which we'll check out last. And then you have this awesome mudroom here. You got your coat closet back in here. You got this awesome mudroom bench. And your half bathroom tucked back here in the corner. You have your garage out here which they've done full epoxy floors here. And let's step into this section as well. Look at that. You have a nice little shop back here. Wash your bike. Wash your dog. Any of that stuff. Obviously this is not standard or included. It's just kind of showing you like things that you can do. But this is kind of cool right? There's one more thing on the main floor that you still need to see. Everything here. Kitchen, dining, family room. And we're stepping into the master bedroom. Once again tall ceilings. Lots of windows. You can see they put a sliding glass door right here. So you get to outside from there. And your grandmaster bathroom which we'll check out in just a minute. But we'll get a feel for the room from here. Let's step inside the shower. Like this is cool. They've done a nice job here. And then you can see your toilet there. And your walk-in closet. And once again it's bigger than you thought it was going to be right? Like a lot of space here. Laundry. Extra shelving there. Okay now we'll go check out the upstairs. Those are tall ceilings look at that. All right so the top of stairs here. The full bathroom once again. You got this door right here. This is awesome. Candlelight is really good at doing that. So that way if someone's showering or using you know the toilet right here. Other people can still be using these sinks to be getting ready. And I have four daughters so that is a big deal. That's a nice feature to have. Okay so here's our bedroom number two on the right. This has a nice size bedroom. I'm gonna step in this corner here. I am not going to climb the rock wall today. But I should. And nice little walk-in closet right here. That's bedroom number two. Then you have your laundry room right here. Bedroom number three right here. And a walk-in closet here as well. That tree's kind of cool. I'll show you how big this room is. They use this as an office but clearly this can be used as a bedroom as well. And here's bedroom number four. So you have four bedrooms in this floor plan. Which is really popular here in Utah. Because Utahns have big families. You see they got a nice walk-in closet back there. Anyways I'd love to hear what you guys think. Let's head on down to the basement. Once again as you come down the stairs you have the master bedroom in front of you. You've got kitchen, dining, and family room right there. Your garage entrance here and we're gonna head on down to the basement. This basement has been finished and you can see they put a nice family room down here. We have to actually take a tour of the unfinished area before we look at the finished area. You see this right here is going to kind of be your utility area. Now let's check out this family room here. Let's see it turns into an awesome game room with some tiny little cards right here. Look at that. That's a big one. And you got a game closet right here which is nice. That's a big game closet. And let's step in this corner right here. Kind of see what they've done from this angle. So you see the stairs coming down right there. And yellow tv area here as well so that's perfect. You've got bedroom number five. So you're gonna have two bedrooms down in the basement. Let's just peek inside here really quick. Okay so once again they did a walk-in closet as well. Then you have a bathroom right here and you have some storage here as well. And this cannot be a bedroom because there's not a window here. But this would make like a good little tv area or theater room. And that's it for the basement. Okay so we got this awesome patio out here. You can see they got a little shaded area right here at the front. And they got another one over here.
