Confucius praised King Wen for his self-improvement spirit and virtues

In this episode, Sa Beining goes back to the Spring and Autumn period, hoping that #Confucius can teach him the wisdom in the book. Sa expresses his understanding of the book by quoting the sentences, "Heaven is in motion ceaselessly, and gentlemen exert themselves constantly" and "Earth is supportive and natural, and only the virtuous can bear the utmost."

Confucius praises King Wen of Zhou. In his time, King Wen governed the state with benevolence and virtue. He was diligent and appreciated talent, respecting the old and being kind to the young.

Under his governance, the State of Zhou achieved prosperity. The able and virtuous, as well as dukes, came from all directions to pay allegiance to King Wen. On the banks of the Weishui River, he won the support of the great sage Jiang Ziya.

King Wen of Zhou and Jiang Ziya asserted that Fu Xi left the doctrines for Classic of Changes, the core of which is "respecting heaven and loving people".
