Stired through Organic Wholemeal Pasta, with the shelled Broad Beans, chopped Dill, Chopped Purple peas, chopped Mashua leaves and Nasturtum flowers all tossed in RAW.. Super simple, super fresh and SUPER TASTY with the flavour packed Pesto.
Instead of crushed garlic as in the pesto recipe above, I used chopped up garlic scapes instead (as fresh and seasonal). I made a batch big enough for 3 serves (for the 2 of us eahc time) and put about 6 scapes in, you can adjust this to suit your taste depending how strong/much you like garlic. 🥙

We are Dan & Laurie and our land is called Freedom Forest - Its 3 acres in the South of England where we are creating an edible oasis and trying to provide as much for ourselves, from our land as possible, where we are completely off grid.
