2020 Shea Home in Trilogy Peoria AZ | 4-Car Garage + Open Space Lot!

Welcome to this week's episode of our weekly tour, where I introduce a house or property every week, which I think is a great opportunity. Today's house is located in Peoria, Arizona, in the active senior housing estate Trilogy, which is part of the master plan community Wastansia from 55 years. Trilogy is a closed housing estate. It was built by Shear Homes and has existed since the early 2000s. It is one of the most sought-after senior housing estates in the Northwest Valley. This is due to its location, its amenities and the view of the Bradshaw Mountains. This house was built in 2020 by Shear Homes. This is the assembly model, two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms. There is also a study. It is 2,242 square feet and stands on an 8.51 square foot property. It borders an open area. And right next to it is this lush green belt, and you can see how close you are to the Metaclub, one of two recreation centers that exist here in Trilogy. This house has a tandem garage for three cars and an additional single garage, so that you have a total of four parking spaces. It also has its own solar system. Come on, let's visit this beautiful house for 949,000. Before we go in, I would like you to take a look at this extended, wider driveway that you have here. So you have a lot of space to drive backwards and move cars. There is also this paved area here, which is excellent for storing your garbage cans, which are stored right here on the side. The garage door is practical, but paved areas make it easier to dispose of the garbage cans. And as you can see, this is the garage for two cars. There is also another tandem car there. So there are three rooms in total, and then there is this one here. So there are four rooms in total. Here at the door is a nice glass insertion that holds the hallway in place. If you have a massive door, these entrances can often be very dark. With this glass insertion, you have a nice bright entrance area. And then you have a look directly from the back of your house at this open space. You will notice that you have this ceramic tile floor here, in wood optics or with wood effect. And that runs through the whole house. So there is no carpet, which many of my customers hope for, because many people are either allergic to carpets or have pets. And you want tile floors everywhere. So that's a really nice thing, a nice feature of this house. Here you have a shower, a double sink, a lot of storage space, and that's bedroom number one. And then you also have your walk-in wardrobe here, which you also use as a dining room. But you have additional space here. From bedroom number one, you also have your wardrobe here. The color here is in really good condition. Looks like it was painted recently. Here you have your laundry with granite worktops, washing machine and dryer. That's next to your garage. Here you have your wardrobe, cupboards above it. We'll take a look at this garage in a moment. And on the other side you have your workroom or office. And although there is no real door here, there are these blinds that go over to provide you with a separation and privacy. If you are in this workroom, you could put up a closet here. If you want, you already know, another room for guests, but you use this as an office, workroom. Right, it goes out to the garage. Epoxy resin floor, as you can see. This lighting is also an improvement. You have this beautiful fluorescent tube lighting. Often you only have a garage light and this is very minimalistic. Here you would accommodate a third garage. And I like that very much. Here is a small dog washing station. I think it's great that this house has soft water. Here is the hot water dispenser. There is a lot of storage space here. And then there is the service door, which I mentioned earlier. That's an enrichment when you buy a new building. This door is an enrichment. And then they paved the whole way out here. So you can keep everything nice and clean. The garbage is hidden out here. Really nice. I also wanted to mention that there is a split air conditioning system here. That's practical. When you're out here to wash the dog or do something in the garage, you can use it as a small gym. That's a cool feature. When we come in from the garage, we have the guest toilet here. That's nice. And this is an additional storage area, because we're not in the kitchen. So you can store your larger appliances here. And then you have your open living, dining and kitchen area here with granite worktops in waterfall shape and stainless steel appliances. These are appliances from Bulch. All appliances stay here. Here you have your microwave oven from G-Profile. Here you have a gas stove with a view of your garden, which is really nice. Here you also have your sink with a view of the window. Many of my customers want a sink in front of the window, which opens to the green area. So you have a real panoramic view of your kitchen. I don't know if I said that this is soft clothing, but it is soft clothing. What I also really like are the large drawers. I also think it's great when the drawers are inside. That's really nice. It's nice and bright here. This house is oriented north and south. There's a lot of furniture here, but you can spread it out as you like. It's a nice, big room. We have windows on the entire back and the side of the house. So you use the green area next door and the entire open space behind it. Let's go over to the main bedroom. You can see the tile floor everywhere here. This is the main bathroom. Double washbasin, large spa shower. Here you have a walk-in closet. We have three meters high ceilings. This is built in. Really well done. We also have a few handkerchief hooks or clothes hangers here. That's all built in. So everything stays here and just offers you a lot of storage space. All these cabinets are the same and the granite is the same as in your kitchen. Still this soft clothing in the drawer. That's really a nice update. We have window shelves in the plantation style. I love the footrests. Big footrests here, probably 12.7 cm. Lots of light on the ceiling. You have Hunter Douglas Rollos on these windows. I also wanted to point out that we have a reverse osmosis system here in the kitchen under the sink. Our water is not the best here in Arizona, so that will be very helpful. Let's go outside to the backyard. Okay, here I see Travertine immediately. This is east, so the sun is shining in here. And on this side there are automatic blinds, which makes the whole thing very pleasant. Here is this large roofed terrace. It covers the back of the house. There is a large fan here. So there is a lot of space out here. I love this little swing that uses the beautiful view. I can already imagine how it is to sit here in the morning with my coffee and enjoy the beautiful view of this green area that is used here. Note that there is no fence on this side. It is fenced in at the back. So if you have a pet, you can easily attach a fence for the view. You can always ask me, I have suppliers for everything. Actually, you would only need a fence along this small wall here on this side. It would be an iron visor fence, so that you can still enjoy this view. Here is a beautiful large garden with lush vegetation and beautiful palms. Out here, of course, there is also a gas fireplace. Nice view. This is artificial grass, so it's really easy to care for. Back here is a nice pergola with a built-in grill. It gives a lot of shade. Here you can have a really good time. We have two beautiful olive trees, which are very well cared for. But I could let them grow a little further, to have more privacy. But it is really private and quiet. Really nice. I also wanted to point out that this house has roofs, which is not a small expense. And here in Arizona it really rains a lot. We just had rain on June 1st and it was the first time since 1914 that it rained on June 1st. Here is an interesting fact, why I think this house is so great and why I think it is such a great opportunity. This house is located on the north side of Trilogy or, as they like to say here, on the Mida Club side. This is the newer part of the complex, which means that the houses are a bit more stylish, because they were built only recently. This community was founded in the early 2000s. Therefore, the floor plans and the facades of the houses were completely different from today. They are also located right next to the Meta Club. It is only a stone's throw away from here. It is one of the two club houses that are here in Trilogy. It has an interior area of ​​1030 square meters and a terrace of 557 square meters. There is a fitness studio, an artist and chef studio, changing rooms and a small cafe. There is also a movement studio for yoga and spinning courses. There is also a pool in the resort style with cabanas. There is a small cantina called Shallow Well, where you can enjoy food and drinks at the pool. There is also tennis and bocce ball. All of this is located directly opposite this house. It is almost as if you had your own private access to this club. Right down the street from this house is a beautiful dog park. This is the only dog park in the entire Trilogy. There is an area for big and small dogs. So if you have a dog that likes to go out and run around, it is right down the street from this house. This house is 3.2 kilometers from the clubhouse here in Trilogy. There is an 18-hole championship field with three-wing ranks, chipping area and exercise bunkers. There is also a nice restaurant called Faustabrum with a view of the golf course, which serves food all day. You can order a gourmet burger, pizza from the wood stove, mainly housewife's food, and there is local Gebrautes beer from the barrel. From this house it is only a few minutes. Finally, it is only 3.7 kilometers to a Safeway supermarket, a chaise bank, Walgreens, an animal clinic, a gas station and a hair salon, to name just a few of the things you can find directly in this community. Do you need a Sprouts or Low-S? Maybe you are less than seven minutes away. It is located directly on the Happy Valley Route. There is a Target, other restaurants and shopping options in Lake Pleasant Town Center. At Lake Pleasant, we are only 22 kilometers from one of the largest lakes we have here in the West Valley, Lake Pleasant. So if you want to get on the water with your boat, your jet ski or a paddleboard, it is only 20 minutes from here. And if you really want to get out, it's about 45 minutes to Phoenix Sky Harbor.
