Dongding Oolong originated from Dongding Mountain in Lugu, Nantou. The Su family who live here run Xinlu Tea House, guarding the ancient hand-frying technique and the traditional Dongding Oolong made according to this technique.

Longan wood, cast iron pot and dumped ideals. At the tea-making time late at night, Su Wenzhao and Su Bangyi carefully watched the tea leaves. In the firelight, the joys and sorrows of traditional Dongding always linger in their hearts. The arrival of the tea competition era pushed traditional Dongding into the torrent, but they stubbornly insisted on leaving behind the abandoned habits.

Picking tea, withering, waving green tea leaves, frying green tea leaves; rolling, primary drying, rolling, and re-drying.

Following the fragrance of tea, climb up the mountain of Dongding, follow the Su family father and son, and witness the return of traditional Dongding.
