Excalibur How-To: Quick Lock Technology Assembly
The new X-Caliber Micro with QuickLock technology.
Folks, I'm Dan Wallace with X-Calibers on the Backwoods,
and in this video, we're gonna go over the assembly
and disassembly of the QuickLock technology by X-Caliber.
And it's really simple here, guys.
We no longer have a hex head bolt
that has to go on the mainframe to connect the riser.
We have this blue little latch right here.
Just click that latch, your stirrup folds over,
and put your hand through the stirrup, just like so.
Now, right here is a mounting bar assembly
with a nut on it.
Now, this nut right here, you make your adjustments with it
if the bow does happen to loosen up
or get too tight on you.
But with your mainframe, which usually sits like so
on your riser, you're gonna turn it a 90-degree angle.
Then put it inside there
till it goes down all the way fully,
and rotate it so your string is on your mainframe.
Now, the simplest thing of all,
click your stirrup forward.
It's that simple, guys.
Now, check and make sure
that it's locked in correct position.
If this is too loose,
you're gonna have to adjust your mounting screw.
Now, if you weren't able to fully engage your stirrup,
that nut that's on the mounting bar is too tight.
So you're gonna have to loosen that,
and we're gonna show you that in another video.
But this bow is properly formed up there.
Now, in order to disassemble this bow, it's very simple.
Sometimes this might get a little bit stiff here.
So push on the stirrup,
and you will be able to disengage
with the blue lever right there.
Your stirrup folds forward.
Grab hold of the riser,
just like you did when you assembled it,
and just pull it apart.
Right there, my Excalibur QuickLock Technology Bow
is all part.
I can slide it inside the Explorer case,
and we are ready to rock and roll.
And with the Excaliburs,
you're always gonna get the same accuracy
that you've got out of them.
With this QuickLock technology,
we've been testing them,
and it's phenomenal, guys.
The QuickLock technology right there, folks.
Check it out at your local dealer.
