Wild Maine Oyster Rockefeller Catch Clean & Cook On The Beach

Sarah and I head out to the Maine Coast to harvest some world-class oysters for one of my favorite meals - the Oyster Rockefeller. We have everything we need right on the beach so we finish our catch and cook by making a fire pit and eating our dinner right with the seagulls and crashings waves. Be sure to check your local laws we did have to get a Shellfish license to harvest these and there are size and amount limits that may change depending on where you wish to go. #oysters #catchandcook #fowler
