Look at this. What have you seen mate? An enormous lobster. Really? He's walking along
this outback. That's why we got in the water. He's definitely got something. Woah! Oh Joey.
Look at this. He's seriously weighty. Really? I saw him walking down a gully. Was he just
out walking? Out walking along a gully. Oh my word. I'm sorry I had to rush off because
he started to disappear into the kelp. Look at this boy. Look at the size of those claws.
I mean this is by far the largest lobster I've pulled up. Seriously good size. Yeah.
Probably talking four kilos. But how should we cook it? We've got some wraps, we've got
some sauces. I don't think he's even going to fit in your pan Joey. That's my giant pan.
It has to fit in there. Let's get him in. I mean I've got a good plan for dinner anyway
so. Let's get him in the cool box. Stay tuned. I can see this deep, really deep cave just
went down into the black. I swam down into it. First thing I see as I turn this little
corner, two giant claws. He's actually feasting on a dead fish or something or a dead crab.
Joey that is an excellent bite. Wow. Look at the size of that claw. Oh he's feisty.
Yeah, yeah. So there's Chef Barclay's lobster. Kind of freckly. These here, these kind of
they look like barnacles but they're not. They're called keel worms. They're actually
worms that live on the lobster. See he's got this giant crushing claw and this claw here
is more for, Jesus. That's more for tearing things apart. And we just saw this guy here
having a meal in the cave doing just that. Is this your one? Yeah that's mine. I mean
this is a big size. Yeah, yeah. They're both giant lobsters. They're just incredible beasts.
We're going to return Goliath Lobster number 2 and then we're going to head into the beach
make some lobster wraps because we're absolutely starving. We've been out here for some time.
Sun is shining out here. It's beautiful. He's building the fire pit. They've got some sea
water to boil the lobster in. If the lobster will fit. Wow. That's healthy. I reckon this
water is going to be boiling in no time. Dead. Lobster bubbling in the pan. I wanted to
just tell you how much I'm enjoying it, you know. Stay in the water, eating what we call.
I'm absolutely ravenous. So we're going to crack those lobster claws open. Scoop all
that meat out and get it in a lobster wrap and enjoy it as the sun goes down. Thank you
for joining us. Here comes the big boy. Whoa. Oh my god. Come on I want to see with meat
inside it. Okay. Look at this claw. Okay. Yeah, I'm ready. You're going to need to hit
it harder than that my boy. Please mind your fingers. There's a cavity in there. This is not
going to be a problem. Okay. Oh, it sounds like, oh, it sounds like you're in. Oh my god. That's
empty. Look at the meat inside that. Oh my gosh. It's so hot. And that claw is now empty. Just
use our little finger to poke. There's so much meat inside. There will be. We don't have to
necessarily eat it all now. We can put it back on ice and have it tomorrow if there's any left
over. The axe has come out. Wow. Okay. Okay. So this is the kind of tearing or cutting claw. Wow.
Show me how much meat you've got. Look at that. I think there's going to be some meat in here.
Nip it under there. Wow. Look at that. Wow. We got some lobster here. That is tail meat. Let's
just start off with a claw wrap, shall we? Yeah, let's do it. Oh mate, this looks incredible with
the sunset behind you. I did a little lobster jigsaw puzzle. Oh, what's that? This is a very
special sauce. This is a special sauce, everyone. Don't worry about sand, mate. Barclay doesn't like
sand in his food. It's a bit strange. As the sun goes down, we have lobster, avocado, chives,
aubergine, mushroom, and a few other things in a wrap. Oh, she looks so good. South Devon slate.
Wow, wow, wow, wow, wowee. Look at this. All gone. Well, I think that's a conclusive taste test.
So? I see what you mean when you said absolutely nothing. It's really good. It's really, really,
really good. Yeah, it's good, isn't it? Huh? I've eaten all mine.
