Guide to Anti-Ageing, Face-Lifting Massage
Face massage is one of my favorite ways to treat and support healthy skin. Contrary to common myths, massaging your face won’t cause sagging or damage—when done correctly, it's both safe and effective.
In this video, I demonstrate simple yet powerful face lifting massage techniques used in professional treatments. These methods draw from a blend of global traditions, including Japanese face massage, myofascial release, sculpting massage, Indian techniques, and more. I’ve practiced and taught these for years to other therapists, and now you can learn to apply them at home.
These massage moves are gentle, should never cause pain, and are suitable for normal skin types 1–4 times per week. If you’re younger, have sensitive or acne-prone skin, use these methods sparingly—perhaps once a month as part of a home facial. They can help smooth the forehead, define cheekbones, and support the reduction of fine lines around the eyes.
Remember, real results come from a combined approach: massage, quality skincare products, and regular facial treatments all play a role in maintaining youthful, healthy skin.
