mom left her little daughter with a dog at the house when she returned she witnessed this scene [Music] [Applause] [Music] a woman gave her husband darius a german shepherd puppy as a gift called lucas the man felt very lucky since in addition to his owning a fair workplace and a loving wife he also had a faithful dog a few years later fate gave him a beautiful daughter but because his wife was working she hadn't enough time to take care of her baby so the grandmother cared for the baby in lucas one day the grandmother got sick so the mother had to take care of her daughter after the girl fell asleep the woman went out to buy some things in the store that was close to their house and left her daughter with lucas in the apartment because she knew it wouldn't take long but on the way she met her sister whom she hadn't seen in a while they stayed talking unfortunately the mother no longer knew what misfortune was about to happen in her home and the thing is that some thieves entered the building disguised as construction workers these malefactors plan to go through the corridors and see which door lock was more easy to open and when they found one they'd knock on the door to check that no one was inside so if someone answered they knew they couldn't steal from the apartment so the moment the property owner opened the door they pretended to have been in the wrong place however when they came to a door that seemed very easy to open no one answered that was the darius family gate without having a response the thieves decided to break the door but soon they heard a child's voice it was darius's daughter who's there the little girl asked are your parents home said one of the thieves she didn't reply oh wow we come to give you some things back when will they return my father will come later but my mother just left and i don't know when she'll come back and you're alone at home then said one of the men no my little brother lucas is sleeping in the room how old are you i'm four and my brother lucas is six open the door girl we'll leave some things for your parents and then we'll go i don't have permission to open it to strangers she answered alright good girl what an answer we'll be back later when your parents are there it's okay have a nice day the girl told them they believed only two children behind the door and the lock were almost locked so the thieves decided to enter the apartment they entered and as soon as they opened the door they saw the girl looking at them terrified but before they could do anything they saw a large six-year-old german shepherd standing right in front of her he'd put himself there as a barrier to defend her one of the thieves tried to get closer but the dog unexpectedly ran to attack he started screaming and the others tried to help him but as much as he separated the dog from her accomplice it was impossible suddenly all the neighbors came out scared by the screams they quickly realized it was a robbery attempt so they called the police the dog bit one of them in the neck requiring intensive medical care while the police arrested the others lucas didn't allow anyone to get close to the little girl until the mother appeared unfortunately the mother received a fine for leaving her daughter alone but she was grateful for the fact that her beloved daughter was safe all thanks to the german shepherd lucas who stood firm in defending her since if he hadn't been something much worse would likely have happened but lucas lost an eye when he faced the thieves because of the beatings nevertheless he lived a happy life he died when he was 14 years old and his family will never forget that heroic act the writer is the daughter of the girl saved by lucas thank you for watching i hope you enjoy this video make sure to subscribe to our channel and hit the notification bell so you won't miss our latest uploads
