Tijana BOŠKOVIĆ I Final Match for Eczacibasi in the Champions League Volley

Got a solid serve, gets some scramble play on Milano's side. It's going to be a free ball coming back. Easy pick up. Outside Boscovich. She's going heavy on the right side, the lefty. It's time to take a little more cross on her. Bowden goes off hands. Boscovich cannot keep your eyes off any front row player. Getting the touch, but too little, too late. Silla goes straight for the libero. Here comes Boscovich, takes something off it. That's the danger, ever so slightly from the setter. And Denezey, whip of an arm. In response. That's when they're going to play middle. Problem is, Milano are starting to find themselves in system more often than not. And then Oro just has options. Zajibashi's options always end. Come a weapon in her own right. If you're a blocker on Zajibashi, who do you pay attention to? Erkek can't get past. High for Ghanou, who has to go with two hands. Captain play. Here comes Boscovich. She'll find it. The coffin corner. It's difficult to get past, but it'll be super athletic. Boscovich again. Like last season in Athens. It was for Baladin. Boscovich with almost a wide open net. One of the easier balls does find the floor. That's what's fascinating about this sport. Boscovich using brute force is enough. One more time. High ball behind. 23-22. Kazot with the first contact. Ghanou with the next. Ball's in play. Boscovich. And she finds it. That's the floor. And the first point for the first time goes Milano's way. The energy has changed on Zajibashi's side, as you can probably imagine. Boscovich has been the top scorer for Zajibashi with 13 points so far. Gets another set here from Naz. Makes that 14.
