Mrs. Wilson is an 89-year-old woman who was set to ride on a plane for the first time in her life. Given her old age, the first flight experience made her nervous. She has never been inside a plane, and she has never been to an airport.
To make sure that she would be relaxed and comfortable the whole time, Mrs. Wilson booked a business class ticket. However, when she made her way to business class, she encountered some resistance. Her experience was far from comfortable.
