French embroidery

Hello, I'm a embroiderer, Hwayu.
Today, I'm embroidering a flower called Alstroemeria.
This flower is a little unfamiliar, but it is one of the flowers that are often seen in bouquets.
I thought I'd embroider this flower, so I looked a little more closely.
Alstroemeria looks a little like a beka flower, but it's thinner and softer than a beka flower.
There are several colors, but I like blue, so I'm mixing white and blue.
When you choose a color, there are many kinds of blue, but you have to decide in advance whether to go with a lighter blue or a toned-down light.
But if you let go of the thread, it will look different from what it looks like.
So I let go of the thread a little bit and try to see how the colors mix.
Sometimes I think about it when I choose a color, but I think a lot about the ratio of colors, how much light color to put in, and which side of the blue to put in.
If there was only blue and white, I would have been bored, so I added yellow.
As I began to embroider flowers, I began to observe the flowers in more detail.
I looked up a lot of pictures.
When I look at the flowers in detail, I often wonder how they came to bloom in this color.
I think I'm going to fill this inside with a bright color.
I'm using white, but do you know that there are many different colors in the embroidery room?
Some colors are ivory, some are pink, and some are fluorescent.
I like warm white, so I use it a lot.
I think I'm done filling up, but I still have a lot to do.
I'm adding a little dark color to the boring part.
Maybe this touch is the most important part of long-hand embroidery.
I really like this color.
The petals on the outside are a little more convex.
I'm explaining this in detail in a very important tip during class.
In the art class, I'm emphasizing how to express it like this rather than how to do it.
The direction of the grain and the number of strands of the thread change the feeling of three-dimensionality a lot.
I think this yellow color makes the flowers lively.
I think I'm done filling up the flowers.
I'm going to finish the stems and leaves.
The stem is also filled with long-hand embroidery.
It looks like a thin line, but I'm filling it up by making the curves a little different.
Today, I embroidered Alstroemeria like this.
There's not a lot of color in here.
I just expressed the color in a different proportion.
But it doesn't look that simple, does it?
A lot of people have a hard time with this long-hand embroidery technique.
If you see a lot of things and do a lot of things, you'll get used to it and you'll get used to it.
I'll show you a variety of flower expressions in the future.
I'll be back next time.
