NOTE.. this video will show you how to install cwm custom recovery.
OR. you can try this method
(1) Download twrp/cwm (custom recovery image) from web.
twrp link https://www.firmwares.androidinfotech.com/twrp-samsung-galaxy-j2-sm-j200g/?ez_ssl=1&ez_ssl=1
please choose the curect image to your phone.
(2) Download Odin
(3) flah the image file
press power button+ Home button and volume down button to get download
option.
then conect your phone with USB (USB drivers must install)
select image file and flash it.
after rebooting you can get recovery menu.
after installing twrp recovery. power off your phone.
then press power button+Home button and volume up button.
then you will get recovery menu.
then fallow me as a video.
