The Royal Palace of Naples | Naples - Italy

We have been traveling to Europe from our home in America for many years
(It's something we are passionate about and truly enjoy doing). But over the course of our travels it seems that Naples is the town that we passed through most and we love it. The food is great, the historic churches are beautiful, and walking around in Via San Gregorio Armeno with it's many artisan shops is a wonderful experience. From the town of Naples a traveler has quick access to many wonderful nearby traveling destinations ; places like Capri, Ischia, Procida, Sorrento, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Amalfi, and Sicily.
On our most recent trip to Naples we decided to check out the Royal Palace and it certainly was worth the price of admission. The Royal Apartments are very well appointed and feature amazing vaulted ceilings and lavish furnishings, not to mention a large collection of historic paintings and tapestries.
