Arranged from interludes in Delius' opera "Fennimore and Gerda" by Eric Fenby, amanuensis to Delius in the, by then blind and paralysed, composer's latter years, the "Intermezzo" is played here by the London Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Vernon Handley.
The paintings are by the Danish artist Peder Mork Monsted.
