The dial is signed LETVRGON London . It has Roman Numerals in the inner chapters for hours , and Arabic numerals in the outer chapters for minutes . The watch also has fine blue steel beetle and poker hands . The movement is key wind , key - set and has engraved cock , and silver regulator disc . Matching silver pair cases , split bezel to the inner , silver pendant , and stirrup bow .
