World Tai Chi & Qigong Day 2025 - Rochester NY highlights

Many local groups observed our 25th annual celebration with group exhibition beginning at 10 am, hosted by The Rochester T'ai Chi Ch'uan Center. Several styles of T'ai Chi and QiGong exercises were exhibited by teachers and students from around Monroe county, followed by a Snake Qigong lesson and demonstrations.
