Envision a society in which mental health is not something people fight internally but instead is
acknowledged and spoken about on every corner. This is the vision of Dr. Fabi Carino who
plans to transform mental health awareness and accessibility by aiming to train one million
mental health coaches in the Philippines within five years.
Dr. Carino's exposition is both informative and life changing as she reflects on her own
childhood trauma and her own professional failings. Therefore, she assesses the mental health
intervention industry and determines the critical gaps in the accessibility of mental health
resources. Dr. Carino does not just exhibit the problem but presents a suggested solution. Her
"AWARE"- Awareness, Wellness Coaches, Accessibility, Remove Stigma and Establishing Safe
spaces- is a practical roadmap in which an individual or organization can do to address the
issue.
Dr. Carino urges her everyone to take their mental health into their own hands, combat the
prevalent stigma against mental health, and become advocates for compassionate wellness
solutions where they work and live. She offers this instrumental lesson on mental health and
how you can become part of the mental health movement. Dr. Fabi Carino is an award-winning Human Resources and Training Professional with extensive experience across Pharmaceuticals, Media, Advertising, and BPO Shared Services. As a renowned HR thought leader, LinkedIn influencer, and international soft skills trainer, she is dedicated to transforming careers.
