vlog: brunch in winter park, car chat + new workout set!

Good morning, guys. Welcome to a new vlog. Got Piper in here with me. She's never really in my room, but they're like, "Oh, my parents wanted me to give her a greenie, and I kind of need to like get ready and stuff." Wanted to unbag something fun. This is some collab that an influencer did with Fabletics. Oh, it's blue. I don't know if I'm going to wear this to brunch. Probably not. But this is super cute. Look at the little bra. And then we have these really cute leggings to go with it. We have this really cute like vest looking top. So, I'm probably going to take photos and stuff, I guess, when I get back from brunch. But, I'm going to brunch with some friends. Uh, we're going to Bokeh in Winter Park, so that'll be really fun. I'm kind of like slacking on the vlogging game because yesterday was just like kind of like a motheraughter day which Sher and I really never get anymore. So, it was really nice. Okay, so I am just wearing this dress. You guys have seen it. I kind of I don't know if I wear it a lot a lot, but I don't know. I just felt like I haven't worn it in a while. I wonder if this thing will stay. Oh my gosh. I think it will. That's really cool. Um, could do drive with me throwback. I feel like I haven't worn this dress in a while, so I was like, you might as well pull it out. I don't want this thing to go like flying. Um, but anyway, yesterday was so fun. I wish I would have vlogged, but also too, it was just nice to have a day with my mom cuz Sherry normally always works like on Saturdays. So, just getting to be with her and stuff and like do fun things and like errands, it was nice to just enjoy the day and not like vlog and stuff. And that's a beauty of this because I can just, you know, film when I want to film. So, I was like, you know what? I'll just save it till Sunday. I'm going to brunch with friends and I can like, you know, do a chatty little car segment or like get ready with me. Even though like when I get ready, guys, like I love to listen to things like either a podcast or a YouTube video. So, I watched um or listen to, I should say, Danielle Carolyn's vlog while I like did my makeup and stuff. That's why I don't really do like a lot of chitchat get ready with me cuz like I like to listen rather than to like chitchat and talk but like in the car I have like more to say. So anyway, yesterday I basically got up, we got coffee. Um well, I got coffee after my spin class. Went to spin, got coffee. Um came home. Sher and I went to the pool which was super cool. cuz we never really get to do that. I try to do that when I get off work early cuz like I want to take advantage of the amenities we're paying for. So I'm like, "Okay, you know what? Going to do that." So we went to the pool. It was super nice. Then we had lunch. We just walked back. And then what else do we do? We did like a lot of stuff. After lunch, we took the dog on a walk. So I joke around saying like, "Oh, I walked the girls." And then after that, we took my car to get washed at this like really cool place in Davenport. It's like 15 minutes away from me. It would be like 10 minutes, but there's always like a backup on I4, but got my car handwashed. It was kind of like expensive, but it was only like $10 more than if you would like just put it through the machine there. So, I was like, it's fine, whatever. And the guys did a really good job. So, it was totally worth it. It's actually quite funny because I was so against like getting car washes and stuff when I had my old car because I'm like that's a waste of money blah blah blah. But like now like on the other side of it like me paying like such a high price for this car I'm like it better look brand new all the time. You know what I mean? So that's why I'm like it's going to get clean when it's looking a little dirty. It's going to get cleaned for sure. And I'm really glad to know that I can put my camera on my dashboard and have it just like sit there and not like move all around, especially like when I'm driving because I like to do little drive with me segments. So, um that's good to know. Another plus for this car, there's only like that one minus, but the rest of it it's like this car is perfect. So, I love my car. Okay. Then I forgot after after I took my car to get cleaned with my mom. We then like she had a tellaalth appointment because she was like trying to get her heart medication refilled and then she got that and I showered. I did like an everything shower. I was joking around saying that me and my car got everything showers. Um, and then after that, we went to dinner at this really cool place. It was called something I don't know. Put the I can't really remember. It's something like it's a Mexican restaurant. I know that that is what it says underneath the menu. It's like three words and then Mexican restaurant or Mexican cuisine or something like that. And I got the salmon. And oh my gosh, guys. again. I'll put the picture on the screen. It was so good. H man, it like exceeded my expectations cuz I'm like I don't know when I try like new restaurants, I get kind of like nervous cuz I'm like, "Oh my god, what? This sucks." But it was surprisingly really good. And that restaurant is within walking distance from my house, so that was like really convenient. We'll definitely be dining there more. I feel like it's not even really officially open. I think it opens like May 4th or 5th. May 4th, I think, is their like grand opening. They're like having a soft opening, but like super good for like a soft opening. Like had really good rosé. So, I was so impressed. And then our day ended. So, yeah, we took the dog as well to dinner, which was super fun. But yeah, we had like a full day yesterday. It was nice. So, I just wanted to recap it for you, but it was nice to just like have a day off and chill with mother, have our mother daughter bonding. The girls are here. Jamie, taste test. How is it? It's good. Good. I have to try it. Kyra, it's a little more um like tart, but very dry. It's good, but it's dry. I like it. It's really refreshing, but it is a little bit more tart. try. Oh, come over here. Thank you. Thank you. Oo. How it look? Good. Really good. We got some ice cream. Obviously got vanilla. Hyra, what did you get? Yeah, the toasted coconut makes me feel like vacation. Toasted coconut. What'd you get, Jamie? See caramel. Oh, nice. That's a good balance. Okay, so trying this dress on cuz it's super cute. I might actually get it for my cousin's baby shower coming up. So, it's cute. Car is modeling the dress now. Cute. Okay, so I just got home and I put on my Fablettics set. I like it. It's the Chloe collab. The pants are super nice. They're like so comfortable and they have this like cutout thing. Not cut out, but like rouching around the butt. It's kind of weird. Anyway, I know that's like weird, but just wanted to show you guys so you can see the outfit fully. Um, but if I'm being completely honest, these tops like to ride up. I think it's just how my body is, but it is kind of weird. I'm gonna zipper this up after I get like photos and just this bra. So, yeah. I just want to show you guys on the vlog cuz it's rare that they don't really work with me on YouTube. It's only just Instagram, which is totally fine, but I don't know. I like showing you guys. Also, too, I'm thrilled with this dress. I cannot wait to wear it. I'm saving it for the baby shower. Um my cousin's baby shower this summer. It's like in June, so I'm excited for that. [Music]
