Sammantha + Tristan

Sam, you were not clever enough to find Tristan. He's a great find, but you did not find him on your own. And you were not smart enough to figure out you're marrying the best woman in the world. Right? But God brought you together. And his stamp of approval is that fact that he's smiling on what's taking place in this space, in this moment right now. Approximately 1056 days, one hour and 37 minutes ago, my life changed. Our entire relationship has been touched by God's hands. And it's so amazing to sit and look back on the last three years. I think back to when I was a little girl. And I find comfort knowing that God created us for one another. I choose you today, I choose you tomorrow, and I choose you forever. By the authority invested in me by Christ Church, I happily declare you to be husband and wife. I've known Sam for a very long time, since kindergarten to be exact. So as you can imagine, I've been there for the evolution of her love life. I knew her through primary and elementary, the time in life where little girls dream of finding their prince. I knew her in middle school and high school, where it's all about the popular athletic boys. And I knew her in college, when life truly starts to begin, and girls begin to look for the man of their dreams that they're going to spend the rest of their life with. I know looking back, she probably would laugh at the different stages she went through. You found your prince, you found your athlete, if you count golf as a sport. And you found the man you're going to spend the rest of your life with. You found a husband, a best friend, and the person you're going to love and cherish for the rest of your life. I don't know what Rachel was talking about, you found your athlete. I didn't write nothing, I'm not good at this, I don't know half those people. But I do know that you guys found each other, and I can tell that you guys love each other a lot. And I'm proud of you, I'm happy for you guys. Tristan, I remember it like it was yesterday, sitting in the corner booth of Steak and Shake. You had Instagram pulled up with messages saying, guys, my buddy Colton is trying to set me up with this girl, what do you guys think? And I think every single one of us were thinking, dude, you have no chance. So they both made each other better people, but Sam has made Tristan the best of his best. Sam, I love you more than anything in the world, and you're beautiful inside and out. And it's just kind of the way that you look at Tristan, the way he looks at you, and it just lets me know that this really is who you should be living your life with, and who he should be living his life with. I love you, I'm proud of you, I'm very excited for you guys. So here's to life, full of love, laughter, and lots of coffee. Congratulations, guys.
