This New Town Is Suprisingly... Good

I wasn’t planning on making this video. On a sunny afternoon I took my bike for a spin to Muiden to shoot some footage, but on the way back decided to take a detour and visit Weespersluis - a new neighborhood that is part of Weesp, a beautiful, small medieval city just outside of Amsterdam. I knew about this development, as I had visited it during the very first stages of construction, and read about it on a blog post by Mieke Bosse and Paul Dijkman on the INTBAU the Netherlands website. But other than that, I had no idea what to expect.
So when I arrived, I wasn’t prepared to find some very well executed streets, interesting architecture and details I absolutely loved!

I decided to make a video about it on the spot, so I filmed, returned the next day to film the surroundings, and returned one extra time to film even more of this neighborhood.
