Lagom Cabin, stands on a limited plot of land with a building area of ​​90m². The design approach is to blend interior and exterior spaces and create a seamless transition between the inside and outside areas.

Semi-detached rooms allow the fynbos to seep through the exterior walls to become part of the interior space. The fragmented architecture allows views, light and nature to occupy the space, connecting the occupants with nature and the unique fynbos landscape of Romansbaai.

The materials used are in-situ concrete, natural stone as a cladding to blend in with the natural fynbos landscape and Diamondeck sheets. The interior of this custom-built one-bedroom cabin features exposed concrete elements, timber ceilings, glass-aluminium windows and granite tiles.
