Last Weekend I went to Tiny Fest in Costa Mesa, California and found a 399 square foot cottage style prefab home with a loft. This is the Alpine Loft from Cavco (available to view at Wholesale Tiny Homes), a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom Park Model.
