My Unusual Dance Day Routine : Day in My Life as a Shen Yun Dancer #shenyun #dance #vlog
Ever had to perform at noon and five o’clock?
This was my first time dancing at these odd hours—our schedule totally flipped from the usual!
Normally, shows are at 1PM, 2PM, 3PM or in the evenings, but 12PM and 5PM? Never before.
Add in an early wake-up, loadout at night, and… yeah, it was a long day.
Along the way, I share some backstage moments, warmups, and a killer breakfast: sausage, eggs, Cantonese dim sum, and—you guessed it—Chinese fried dough sticks (油條)!
這是我第一次挑戰12點和5點的演出時間,整天行程超不一樣。
從熱身、演出到美食,再到夜晚卸台,帶你一起體驗舞者的一天!
