How to Turn a Floorplan Into a 3D Model Using SketchUp!

This Is a great first place to start if you are just starting to look into using Sketch up for 3D Modeling! In this video we start from a basic hand drawn 2-D floorplan of a bedroom, and in just a few minutes we go to a full 3 dimensional model of the room including doorway openings and windows with see through glass! We show how to include dimensions, add textures or colors to surfaces, as well as the main navigation and construction tools you will need to create your own designs!
