Kenya began the search for her forever home and she wasn't willing to compromise She toured a $1.65 million 4,000 ft penthouse with breathtaking views of the city but wasn't impressed Even though it's just me and Velvet her dog "I can't see myself living in less than 5,000 square ft," she said at the time "For that price I can have 15,000 square feet in Buckhead." In 2015 Kenya finally found her perfect project a $515,000 fixer upper in the prestigious Buckhead neighborhood She nicknamed the home Moore Manor and teased the purchase on Instagram with a photo caption "My soulless." The home became more than just a renovation It was a symbol of independence In a 2016 Instagram post Kenya wrote "Thank you for giving me a vision resources and the balls to take chances in my life with no fear." But let's be real More Manor didn't start as a masterpiece It looked like a set from the Blair Witch Project Kenya joke during season 9 The five- bedroomedroom 5.5 bathroom property needed everything from baseboards and paint to a completed driveway and home theater Kenya was under pressure to finish the house in time for her housewarming party Scrambling up to the last hour to clear debris and set up furniture But when the doors opened it was clear more Manor was a vibe and it was so Kenya Once renovations were done More Manor became a sanctuary for Kenya and her daughter Brooklyn Her Atlanta home spans 7,200 ft of space and trust me she uses every inch of it The home features floor toseeiling windows and open concept living dining kitchen area and lux touches like a $6,000 smart toilet as well as a dreamworthy closet full of designer fashion I love my bedrooms I love all the windows My whole home just feels sexy Kenya shared with bravotv.com Inside the aesthetic is clean sleek and undeniably modern The family room double height ceilings large windows a mirrored black fireplace wall and all white furniture that's both chic and classy Kenya's open concept kitchen is a real showstopper too Offering sleek white cabinets a 13 ft quartz island and a massive stainless steel fridge Then there's her spa style master bathroom Kenya says it's one of her favorite places in the house and for good reason There's a huge soaking tub double shower starburst lighting and glam ready mirror lighting perfect for selfies Oh and let's not forget her famous toilet Kenya's Colar toilet cleans itself has a built-in bedet and even plays music It's basically a royal throw In the bedroom Kenya's bed features a plush gray velvet headboard with mirrored nightstands on both sides while her glam room has lavish chandeliers A vanity setup and diamond glass finish walls round out this room and they sparkle under the lights In 2021 she took the glam outside as well by upgrading the backyard with a pool cabanas and a new deck "Start your day by doing something you love," she captioned a poolside photo on Instagram Kenya also added a play area for her daughter Brooklyn and a glass enclosed upper deck that overlooks the backyard After nearly a decade in her custom dream home Kenya's apparently ready for something new Back in May 2023 she revealed that she had plans to sell more Manor citing the need for more space including a home gym and guest house But of course she planned to sell in full Kenya fashion I will sell it at auction for a pretty penny the most iconic house in Atlanta She told Bravo "I want to do an international live auction Highest bidder No other housewife has done it."
