Angelina makes taglierini pasta with tiny meatballs! | Pasta Grannies

Today we are in Frigintini, Sicily, meeting 88 year old Angelina. She started making pasta when she was only 6 years old, so she had decades of practise! She makes taglierini pasta with tiny meatballs, in broth. It was such a delicious dish and we loved sitting down at the table with the whole family to cherish it.
