Exploring a $1.7 Million Dollar Abandoned Mansion Written Off By Fire

what is up guys welcome back to another free photography abandoned mansion adventure the mansion that i'm in right now it smells like fire so it seems to me that maybe at one point there was a fire in this house sherlock but i don't see a whole lot of fire damage right off the bat having just walked in so we're going to have to see what happens however if you look on the floor there is quite a bit of blackening so yes this house has definitely had a fire you guys got to thank ryden ryder for hooking up this house him and danny jose we're nice enough as always to share this one with myself and the ubc i'm here by myself social distancing urbexing alone these days until we're safe to all be together again anyways guys let's quit wasting time talking about stuff cue the music cue the intro see you guys on the other side [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] this video is sponsored in part by loom cube loom cube lives to help us create better content hit the link in the video description room lots of windows two really nice skylights gorgeous front room to the house above the garage got a fireplace speaking of fire as we move into the main house we will find a lot of smoke damage throughout the house look at this smoke smoke all this smoke damage coming up from the floor and from everywhere guys let's take a look here we're in the bathroom the toilet has been blackened look at there was something on here when there was a fire and then what is up guys okay now that we got that out of the way we'll continue on we go down into the basement there there's your front door nice high ceilings with six skylights to let in a beautiful amount of natural light into this nice high roof high ceiling here we are in the kitchen and yeah there's a lot of smoke damage so i'm really curious to see where the fire was and where the damage is actually going gonna be because right now all i'm seeing is smoke damage guys white countertops from the stuff that was on the counter before the fire or during the fire and then you've just got a lot of black smoke damage guys very large house nice big piece of property look at this fun room up here guys take these stairs up to the second floor fun room what do you think they did up here was this like an office or was this a kid's play room what do you think this room was a lot of footprints on this floor no lights nothing but natural light on this floor except for these uh lights up here on the rails there everything's dark in here guys because of all the smoke damage fireplace let's take a nice wide shot of this whole house it's a beautiful house guys let's just slow the hell down here for a minute okay take a look then i mean this is a nice big kitchen hey look at that a lot of counter space wide open love the high ceilings this is a damn nice house guys damn nice house if i can say that take a walk down these four stairs here and looks like they had a area rug when they had the fire so they had beautiful hardwood floors that have been destroyed by the by the smoke damage of the fire here's a bar i'm going to guess that the fire was in the basement man this is a nice room nice light fixtures look at this here melting man the smell of fire is not a nice smell look at this staircase oh nice we're gonna go down there in a minute guys we're not done up here okay okay that's nice though ceiling coming down right there drywall tape bathroom whoa nice bathroom man it's a bummer that all this is just lost to fire everything what's up guys hey isn't this such a bummer this was such a nice house at least they got their stuff out though because the last house i explored that was a a firehouse all the stuff was still in the house all the kids toys all the guys collectible stuff all their dishes everything was still in the house and it had been completely written off by the insurance claim so they weren't able to get any of their stuff at least in this house they've claimed everything got everything out of the house okay guys let's go downstairs see what's going on down here wow these floors would have been beautiful okay let's go to the right almost fell guys got a smoke alarm beeping away on us nice bench a lot of fireplaces in here that's weird i don't know what that's all about we got here somebody's been poking holes see what's going on up in the walls and in the ceiling guys well i think i see where the fire started guys back here yes there it is okay this is where the fire started guys in this room it was a bathroom and it is definitely screwed back here guys wow get this light bulb all melty looks like it started probably back there look at this melted pipe oh my god you guys wow poor people oh maybe that's a sauna i think this was a sauna guys judging by these rocks right here yeah i think this was a sauna and the fire must have started in the sauna and then look at all the smoke damage wow not good guys definitely not good oh girls bedroom here look at this door hope everybody got out okay guys my boots are really uh squeaky guys in case you're wondering what these noises that you're hearing my boots squeaking this goes into the garage guys see nothing in the garage nice bar down here in the basement and then a cold seller back here guys okay let's head back and go up those curved stairs it makes everything so much harder to see on video when everything's black oh okay there's even more all right another bathroom with a jacuzzi hot tub laundry room guys i'm walking through spider webs like crazy in here it's a nice room hey not much damage in this room not even like hardly any okay guys and here's our fancy staircase up here so you guys want to go see outside let's go outside kids playground over there and then over here we got a pool a strange place for a pool unless it's a pond i'm gonna guess the pond it doesn't really look like a pool no it's a pool yeah pool in the front yard gazebo i guess they had rabbits back here or something or ferrets maybe it's a dead turtle guys he's upside down that's sad he got turned upside down he couldn't get up and he died and then they got a pond down here this is pretty nice hey check out this pond here they got some benches they can sit on i wonder if they put fish in there they can go fishing fishing in the dark i'm really sad about that turtle [Applause] so okay guys that did do it for this one this will make a
