Cooking at the Inn at 435

alright so we are here as I promised you earlier today we're at the end at 435 this is in northeast Casey it is freaking gorgeous and awesome like my wife we have right now going muscles in coconut milk and tomatoes I'm getting ready to do with loco we got salmon over here will show you the sound of this egg risotto here in a second with new risotto asparagus risotto got my asparagus puree that i'm going to add to the result though angel just got its wings i think i think an angel the scallops wings there you go look at those muscles are they sick and wrong are they sick and wrong anyway it's a glorious relax look at this place you're gaudy ok let me show you the salmon come over here to see the same ol why our delicious appetizers today it's when I think I've known for is my sandal so we have a smoked salmon capers horseradish onions baguette you have to see this place unbelievable all of you love me josh is watching oh really hi Josh how you doing buddy looking great little in the front door and more guests coming in this is glorious this house was built in 1887 all of this woodworkers original it's gorgeous look at this stairwell it's ridiculously awesome they have three bedrooms here and two in the carriage house so if you want to come instead do you want it's it's own eggs like a short little pocket then we're getting it without crossing Lebanon half-baked I know how you doing senior this uh I mean this is just unbelievable they've done everything they've redone everything it's absolutely gorgeous they've owned it for 20 years 20 years it is it's the most beautiful home I've ever seen I think as far as a Victorian home just ridiculous not to go too fast so anyway we're having a great meal we're doing the meal that I described to you on facebook earlier today with the salad the muscles the muscles ready to rock we're doing lamb pops we're doing risotto oh and we're doing a I'm not a dessert guy but we're doing little short cakes with a strawberries and balsamic cream I know celts you can talk I know you're running the camera yeah robert de niro and his lovely wife Trudy me how are you rock and this is my wife Cal running camera are you sure you'll make up grandma see her hey why would Facebook go ahead and say hello all right you want to show them the bit that's wrong mr. all this they had to build I know yeah this they built and they had to go through a lot of Hoops to to build this because it was a porch and they had to because of the historical value in house etc etc etc they had to jump through like I said well no it was originally closed in and then they tore it down and then they had to go through the restoration committee yeah um to get it back to the original which it's really ridiculously cool right ridiculous so let's go inside let's go back in the kitchen and we'll wrap it up for now and at 435 back through something we don't like a puppy puppy so anyway it's not very often I get a cook in the kitchen like this so on stick early cuz we have this gym burn little Oh dad is watching dad what are you doing that is Jacob fattiest Rick fatty is Jacob fattiest like this on my nephew that is sure what that's gonna slay me maybe it is maybe I'm wrong that you move dad and what CJ it should be yeah anyway so we're here we'll check in very shortly again this is a beautiful place and we're in northeast Casey when I was at the radio station before I was fired I get to know Bobby Baker and northeast Casey Chamber of Commerce they are creating an oasis in the desert here these are glorious glorious homes right literally a block from prospect and so what they're trying to do is as they are creating these wonderful homes that are investing millions of dollars and it's beautiful it's beautiful the unit for 35 you wouldn't expect it in this area you I was like well oh my god glorious I would encourage you to stay here I was just talking to one of the owners Carl a few minutes ago about the possibility of doing some cooking classes here and doing a weekend like cooking tutorial with a chef I think it'd be really cool so anyway like I said we're doing risotto we're doing it than it or
