Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley seems to always be fabulous, and of
course, she has a luxury real estate to match.
Her beautiful residences include a home in Encino and former mansion in Beverly Hills.
Back in 2019, Dorit and her husband Paul attempted to list their Beverly Hills home after slashing
it by over 4 million dollars, but have since planned to rent out the home for a whopping
30K a month.
In 2019, the couple then purchased their current home for 6.5 million dollars located
in Encino, but surprisingly, they listed it back on the market more recently.
Today we'll be taking a look at a couple of the famous housewife's properties.
In these videos we don't reveal any addresses, and even though I've done a house tour of
my own place, please do not show up at any private residences because it's not safe
for anyone.
Dorit Kemsley is a reality TV star and fashion designer, best known for being a cast member
on the reality TV series The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Of course, she's had quite the success in life, garnering a net worth of about 50 million
dollars.
While she's one of the newest housewives on the Bravo reality TV show, it didn't
take long for her to become a staple.
Dorit's husband Paul Kemsley is a successful real estate developer and celebrity manager,
currently managing soccer legend Pele and singer Boy George through a management company
called Nixie Entertainment.
Fun fact, Boy George periodically lives with the Kemsleys, and is godfather to Paul and
Dorit's son.
Dorit came into the world of reality TV through Real Housewife legend Lisa Vanderpump.
Dorit was Lisa's personal designer, and joined the cast at the start of the 7th season
of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in 2016.
Dorit also operates a fashion and swimwear company called Dorit, producing clothes, swimwear,
resort wear and more with an Italian inspiration.
In 2019, it was revealed that her hubby racked up 3.6 million dollars worth of gambling debt
at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, and there were rumors they filed for bankruptcy to get
rid of this Vegas debt.
The Kemsleys deny this claim, but these financial hardships may shed light into why they've
been trying to list their homes.
On the other hand, another source said the couple was actually planning to run their
businesses from home, and homeschool their kids, so they were looking to buy an even
larger estate more suitable.
I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
Hey guys, it's Kara the Vampire Slayer and I'm bringing you another house tour here
on Famous Entertainment.
Today we'll be taking a look at Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley and a
couple properties she's called home, including a mansion in Beverly Hills and one in Encino.

Let's first take a look at Dorit's former mansion in Beverly Hills, known as Dawn Ridge.
She and Paul first listed the property in August 2017 for 12.75 million dollars.
During an episode of Million Dollar Listing LA, Realtors James Harris and David Parnes
took a stab at selling the 6 bedroom, 7 bathroom residence located near the Beverly Hills Hotel
after it had failed to attract a buyer for months.
It was way overpriced, and as a result, it's been sitting on the market for almost 6 months
with nothing, no interest, Parnes said.
The couple agreed to significantly drop the asking price to around 8.9 million dollars
with the hope of not dipping below 8.5 million on a final offer.
However, after the agents threw a broker's open house and Parnes gets his first offer
of 7.45 million with a counter offer at 7.7 million dollars, things went south for the
sale.
Anyways, the sprawling 8,679 square foot house is perched at the top of a private driveway
according to a previous real estate listing.
This home boasted 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, as well as a number of luxe amenities including
a home theater, a spacious master suite with its own patio.
This is my little area.
This is where I work.
This is my office.
Of course I have it in my bedroom because this house is a madhouse every single day.
I love our master bedroom.
I love that I can get work done here.
I love that I can relax with my children.
Out of all the rooms in this house, I would say this is my sanctuary.
And massive walk in closet for Dorit's designer wardrobe.
The formal dining room featured two crystal chandeliers and the formal living room held
a piano that Dorit said was gifted to her husband by Billy Joel.
In order to generate some income from the mansion, Dorit relisted the house as a rental
this time, asking 30 thousand dollars a month.
While that might sound like a lot, the price is significantly lower than the 40 thousand
a month rate the couple was asking for back in 2018.
In September 2020, Dorit and Paul had fans confused again after they listed their fairly
new Encino California mansion just one year after purchasing the extravagant home.
The couple had listed the property for almost 9.5 million dollars, a serious increase from
the 6.5 million the couple paid in August 2019.
The sprawling mansion boasts a relaxed interior with board and batten siding, but inside it's
super modern and full of glamorous fixtures.
Dorit's house sits on just over a third of an acre with 6 beds, 10 baths, and a handful
of high tech amenities throughout.
The double height foyer is extra large, featuring a floating open tread style staircase.
And in the nearby living room, there's a bank of floor to ceiling glass sliders that
lead to the resort-like yard.
Also in the living room, you'll find a TV mounted fireplace decked out in white marble.
This chef's kitchen has two islands, as well as every fancy great appliance money
can buy, while the attached family room has a similar fireplace and TV setup like the
other living room.
Of course, no LA mansion is complete without a plush home theater, which you'll find
here too.
Dorit's home is perfect for spending time with family and friends, featuring a cozy
den, an inside playroom, second family room upstairs, and multiple guest and family bedrooms.
The children's room is complete with built in bunk beds and extra seating space to hang
out and play.
Upstairs you will also find the super luxurious master suite.
In addition to a morning bar, fireplace, and private terrace, the multi-room retreat has
not one but two lavish baths.
There's a hers bathroom in white marble, while the his bathroom is made of black marble.
And of course, there are huge walk-in closets to hold piles of designer duds.
Dorit also had a glam room up here where her team of makeup artists and hair stylists prep
her to look beautiful whenever she pleases.
The backyard is surrounded by tall trees and greenery, offering celeb-style privacy, while
the grounds boast something for the whole family's recreation activities.
There are sunbathing and dining terraces, a built in grilling station, a sports court,
and ton of grassy lawn space.
Not to mention a zero-edge swimming pool and spa, which is a definite feature of the mansion,
and an open-air poolside pavilion to entertain or lounge.
Alright, so I think I'll bring this house tour to an end here.
We got to take a quick look at Dori Kempley's homes in Beverly Hill and Encino, which she
was recently living at.
Out of the two mansions, which did you prefer?
We also have to see where this real housewife will be moving to next, and if a bigger, better
house is actually in the works.
The Encino mansion was more like a resort, and I don't know how you could upgrade much
bigger than that, but when you're living that lavish, there's always a way.
I find it hard to choose, but I think I'm a fan of the Encino house.
Mansions in that area seem to have some beautiful surrounding properties as well, and so much
space.
I feel like with all of the real housewives moving to that neighborhood, they should consider
calling the show Real Housewives of Encino.
Anyways, be sure to let me know what you thought about Dorit's homes in the comments down below.
