How to make Microwave Hotpot 〜電子レンジ鍋〜 | easy Japanese home cooking recipe

Ingredients for Microwave Hotpot
Possible Hotpot Ingredients:
- Meat or Fish of your choice 200 g
- Vegetable of your choice:
(Nappa Cabbage,Daikon radish, carrot, Bean sprouts, Mushroom, Lettuce, Cabbage, Eggplant, Broccoli etc.)
Ponzu sauce:
- Lemon juice 1 Tbsp
- Soy sauce 1 Tbsp
