Connection. It is so important to our total well being. This centering practice is all about cultivating an inner landscape for positive and healthy connection. As this experiential series rolls on, our breath inspired movement continues with gentle rigor and focus. Bring a blanket if you like as we will start in a seat for gentle neck and shoulder release and pranayama to build tapas or heat.

This 18-minute session includes low back relief, foot massage with pressure points, satisfying stretches, and mudra.
