60+ yards of soutache braiding, let's make a victorian day bodice

In this video, I make a day bodice from 1882 with intricate soutache braiding throughout. This type of bodice would have been a way for the elite to separate their simple daytime outfits from the rest of us by the sheer amount of work something like this takes to make. I show you how I found it easiest to apply this type of braiding when working on a design with so many tight twists and turns.
