Full Winter Garden Tour

Come along with me on a tour of my Northern California home garden, just before spring, on this first ever complete winter garden tour. I’ll walk you through my backyard orchard full of fruit trees that I’ve been pruning to keep small, like peaches, apples, plums, figs and more. I’ll show you my potted blueberry garden, raised garden beds full of winter and spring veggies like kale , pease, and broccoli, talking a bit about organic pest control for brassicas. Then I’ll take you through my tropical/subtropical food forest where I’m growing tropical fruit trees like bananas, mangos, guavas, papayas, passion fruit and much more. I’ll show you all of my little nooks like my DIY stock tank hot tub, fire pit seating area, plant nurser, bocce ball court and more! I’ll even explain the construction of a few DIY garden trellis systems, and announce the date of my spring plant sale.
