Is this the most luxurious home ever made?!

This seven bedroom mansion is something you have never seen before so stay tuned as we tour Villa B and let's get it going. Welcome back to another Villa Tour guys I'm Yuki with Bali Texture and today we have a very special video because I will be taking you guys through Villa B. Now Villa B is one of the most luxurious or if not the most luxurious properties I have ever toured. Now I know I've said that a lot of times but I'm honestly speaking from what I've just seen before so with that being said let's go ahead and tour this. Welcome into the entrance of Villa B guys this is a seven bedroom estate right at six senses. It has all kinds of facilities but most importantly a modern Balinese architecture with lots of Balinese artifacts. Now with that said come on in with me. Welcome in guys into the main living area slash entertainment area of Villa B. So Villa B actually has four levels spanned across four levels so we're on the first floor now and there's a ground floor under us and then a basement where the gym is located and above us we've got two of the bedrooms. Now as we enter when guests enter the villa actually they're introduced with a welcome drink. Thank you very much. Very refreshing guava juice they gave here. And moving alongside here we've got the dining area along with the entertainment one of the entertainment area that being the pool table. So besides the pool table we've also got a huge karaoke room which is just absolutely fantastic thing to have in a villa. Let me just shoot the shot first. Over to my right hand side is the karaoke room that I was just talking about. So again this villa as well double ceiling so much higher than your usual three and a half to four meter ceiling that we've got so much higher than that. Here is the karaoke room guys so you've got four microphones with a device that you can style onto the tv putting on your favorite music and enjoying some time with the people you're staying with here. Now come and follow me. Stepping outside we've got the bar area with a kitchen island a sink pretty much a place where you can unwind after dinner. All right guys now we are going to go ahead and tour the second floor where the two bedrooms are situated but take a guess really quickly where the doors are. Can't find them? Oh it's not this one but it is this one right here. So it's quite hidden in all these wooden carve architecture pretty cool so come follow me. All right now here we are at the second floor where two of the identical bedrooms sit but we're going to go ahead and take a look at this one so come and join me. Stepping into the first bedroom of the second floor you see once again a very consistent visual appeal to the whole theme that they've gone for in this villa that being the modern Balinese architecture as you can see and another fun fact as well the owner actually is a huge fan of Balinese art that's why across all the premises in different areas and sections of this villa you see a very traditional handmade Balinese paintings as well. They're 55 inch tv that goes in and out depending on the person's preference and also a master bathroom with a bathtub huge windows here most importantly emphasizing the ocean view that we have which is just absolutely stunning. Now stepping outside of the two bedrooms that you have here on the second floor you'll be introduced with a beautiful balcony space again overlooking the amazing ocean view that this property has. Now another fun fact as well if you guys see these rocks here that they have on the ceiling of all the spaces in the villa these are actually a magma that is used to cool down the premises as it does get a lot of sun exposure as we are south facing so you've got east over there west and south you've got a lot of sunlight coming down from here as the sun sets over in front of that's why they have implemented this but again a very very breezeful peaceful area with just all the right features and i'm loving every single bit of it all right guys now stepping outside of the main living area we've got the pool deck and the sunbed area where you can relax and just take in all this breeze the facade of the villa is also just impeccable so with that said let's head on over downstairs and check out the ground floor stepping out from the pool area we've got the foyer here actually right next to the main area that we entered which has access into the villa's elevator that takes us down to the ground floor so come follow me we're now on the ground floor of villa B guys and let me tell you it just gets better as the tour goes on so over to my left hand side we've got the dining area outdoors along with the high ceilings that we saw again on the first floor a wet kitchen over to my right hand side and another living space that we will go ahead and tour but i need to mention one thing they have a pool in each level so the level under this one they have what's called a kids pool as well and my favorite feature about this space of course has to be the color palettes that they've gone with here because it just feels very zen calming and soothing for anyone looking to stay here short term or even long term another thing as well they've got a surround sound speaker that you can connect from your phone and stay entertained with your favorite music now coming into the second living area we've got the dry kitchen here with all the necessities from fridge cabinets pantries sink you name it it's here with an indoor dining space as well now right behind me we've got the living area very suitable for kids as we have a lot of space here for them to run around so this villa i would consider is very family friendly now we've also got a 85 inch tv here as well so watching your favorite movie and all of that should be no problem and the same surround sound system is also installed on the ceiling of the dining area as well therefore you can stay entertained with your favorite music okay now stepping out of that space guys one feature that i absolutely love about this mansion is the way that they've maximized the space that they have now i haven't mentioned but the land area of this estate is 2,600 square meters with a built-up area of 2,800 square meters now that's a lot of space right it it feels very massive as well and they've used it very efficiently so the architects were very clever in incorporating garden spaces outdoor spaces entertainment areas and all that fun stuff but right here we are now at the outdoor lounge best to stay during the evening times of course to relax and get some fresh air while enjoying this beautiful ocean view now with that said let's go ahead and check out this floor's bedrooms this floor alone has five bedrooms all identical with each other with a 55 inch tv on each of them along with a beautiful en suite as well we're gonna go ahead and look at the one on the edge over there and right next to the outdoor dining space so come with me now here is the two identical bedrooms on the first floor there are three more over there in front of me however this one once again a beautiful design with all the essentials you need along with an en suite a bathtub and a very beautiful design so now here is one of the three bedrooms on this side of the estate specifically but again a very beautiful and eye-catching design from the balinese architecture engraved onto the wall with balinese artifacts along with a 55 inch tv and to top it all off a beautiful ocean view and you've also got an en suite as well over to my right hand side moving forward now we are gonna go ahead and check out the basement floor where the gym sauna jacuzzi and all the fun stuff are situated pretty cool space so i can't wait to show you guys but before that i want to talk about this area here a small relaxing lounge for parents because over here we've got it's called a kids pool so a smaller pool and we have the third swimming pool of the estate so this place pretty much has everything you'll ever need so with that said let's go ahead and keep the tour going so all right now here is the jacuzzi along with the spa being right in front of it and the spa consists of a shower fully equipped shower along with everything you need to get a good massage and now the gym is right next door so come follow me now here is the fully equipped gym area so how often do you guys see a villa with a fully equipped gym like this well i can't think of one that i have toured at least but this one is complete every muscle group can be trained here so perfect for gym goers to improve their fitness health but moving forward we've also got a shower bathroom along with the sauna in this space as well therefore very complete very satisfied with how everything here is laid out
