I know that for many of us, going to the gym is a significant part of reaching our fitness goals. However, the gym can be a scary and intimidating place. So, I've compiled this list of 5 simple things you can do to hopefully help you look and feel your best so you can walk into the gym feeling more confident and slay your workout.
Please keep in mind, these are things that I personally like to do--always do what makes you feel your best. At the end of the day, wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident at the gym whether it's sweats and a t-shirt or a full face of makeup.
