Pensacola Beach Kayak Fishing - Red Snapper Catch and Cook

This was a fun day fishing, besides the fact i got sea sick and rolled my kayak coming in, we caught a ton of red snapper just not many keepers. we were fishing in Pensacola offshore from Fort Pickens. Roasted sweet potatoes:
3 sweet potatoes
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
salt to taste
Oven roast on cookie sheet at 380 degrees for 40 minutes turning once
Mango salsa
2 mangos
1/2 large red onion
1 red bell pepper
1-3 jalapenos
Juice of 1 lemon and 1 lime
Fried red snapper
Trimmed snapper filets
Instant mashed potatoes
Slap ya mama seasoning to taste
Fry at 390 degrees in olive oil till golden brown
