In this video, we'll be going over how to perform the Tricep Pushdown exercise with PERFECT form step by step. Since this exercise is meant to target the tricep muscles, we'll be discussing how to perform this exercise to optimally engage the triceps.

I used the rope attachment in this video because it's a pretty standard attachment to use for this exercise, but you can definitely use many other attachments! Experiment with different attachments and see what you like best.
