
RESISTANCE BAND-ONLY SHOULDER WORKOUT

In this video, we'll be doing a resistance band-only shoulder workout!
Training shoulders is great for those of you who are looking to tone your arms.
This workout can easily be done right from home while you watch Netflix as long as you have some resistance bands!

RB-Only Shoulder Workout:
1) RB Shoulder Press | 4x15 reps
2) RB Front Raises | 4x12 reps/arm
3) RB Lateral Raises | 4x12 reps/arm
4) RB Face Pulls | 4x12
Rest for 60 seconds in between each set.
